Sometimes life changes the tide for us. Sometimes we choose to change it ourselves.
TideTurn exists because change is a natural part of life. I help people navigate work and relationship transitions, find clarity, and step into the future self they are ready to become.
Does this sound like you?
Stuck, drained, or ready for something different?
You may have outgrown a role, a relationship or a way of living. You may be facing redundancy, retirement or a relocation you never planned. Or perhaps you simply know there is more for you, and you are ready to find it.
I offer a calm, confidential space to understand your past, explore your options and move forward with confidence.

Coaching with the tide, not against it
I have spent over twenty years guiding people and organisations through change. My coaching blends practical career insight with the deeper work of understanding who you are, what you value and what you want next.
I use the sea as a metaphor and sometimes as a real place to work: the horizon for possibility, pebbles for what we carry and can release, the tide for what is ready to come in.
“I came away feeling very positive, like a light had been switched on.”

Words from people who have turned the tide
“After 12 years running my own organisation, I found myself job hunting again and drowning in conflicting advice. Julie cut through the noise with compassionate, targeted mentorship. Within days my applications felt like me again — and I was offered the job of my dreams at the very first interview.”
“I was drained, overwhelmed and my business was swallowing my family life. Julie helped me find a clear path forward, restructure my pricing without losing clients, and create space for the people I love. Her calm, no-nonsense approach turns obstacles into opportunities.”
“After 38 years in the same organisation I felt trapped and had lost sight of my own value. Julie helped me recognise my transferable skills, rebuild my confidence and find a role with a work-life balance I never thought possible.”
